Dubai Public Prosecution Celebrates Graduation of 30 Participants in Leadership Program

Dubai Public Prosecution, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG), celebrated the graduation of 30 leaders and department heads from the "Public Prosecution Leaders on the Path of Mohammed bin Rashid" programme, powered by artificial intelligence and behavioural insights, in a step that strengthens the readiness of national talent to lead government work and keep pace with future transformations by employing the latest artificial intelligence tools and behavioural science in decision-making.

The ceremony, held at the headquarters of Dubai Public Prosecution, was attended by His Excellency Counsellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of Dubai, and His Excellency Dr Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, along with a number of officials and leaders from both sides.

The programme ran for three months and formed a specialised executive initiative that went beyond the concept of traditional training, drawing on the "on the Path of Mohammed bin Rashid" leadership model, inspired by the approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai (may God protect him), and combining artificial intelligence applications with behavioural insights to raise leaders' competence, strengthen their decision-making capacity, and link academic knowledge with practical application.

His Excellency Counsellor Essam Al Humaidan affirmed that the programme embodies Dubai Public Prosecution's commitment to investing in national talent and preparing second-tier leaders according to the latest leadership methods, in a way that strengthens their readiness to take on future responsibilities and lead work with efficiency and innovation, in support of the journey of government excellence and the judicial system.

His Excellency Dr Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri affirmed that investing in national leaders represents a fundamental pillar for building governments that are more future-ready, noting that the programme reflects the School's vision in designing specialised executive programmes that combine leadership thinking with practical application and keep pace with the rapid transformations in government administration.

The programme comprised five main pillars covering digital leadership, leadership values, strategic planning, lifelong learning, and developing emotional intelligence and stress management. It also included one-on-one coaching sessions, a field leadership camp, and an innovative applied project titled "Nudgeathon" for developing high-impact government solutions based on behavioural science, design thinking, and artificial intelligence tools.
